Job Description:

The Call Center Supervisor must be aware that their area of operations will be in Temecula, CA until June 1st 2019.   After June 1st 2019 their area of operations will move to Escondido CA and will remain in Escondido on a permanent basis.

Summary:  The Riverside Call Center Supervisor will oversee, organize, maintain, and ultimately direct Call Center Representative, this could also include referral, authorization clerks and medical record clerks.  The Riverside Call Center Supervisor will also be responsible for managing all of the incoming calls for Neighborhood Healthcare’s Riverside County clinics. The Call Center Supervisor must be patient service oriented and have prior supervisory experience. The ideal candidate must possess great communication skills and be able to lead and motivate their team.

Education & Experience: Associate's degree or two years equivalent experience. Two years supervisory experience required or one year lead or trainer experience and successful completion of Project LEAP.
